The vegetables were shredded, with flakes of the fish mingled in. The saffron onions were discernible since they were yellow, but the sprouts were just kind of grey shreds. I picked out the fish flakes &#8211; which were surprisingly firm, but still really salty &#8211; and ate the vegetables.
