{"id":5145,"date":"2019-08-11T18:23:58","date_gmt":"2019-08-11T23:23:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.debslunch.com\/blog\/?p=5145"},"modified":"2019-08-11T18:27:28","modified_gmt":"2019-08-11T23:27:28","slug":"when-im-64","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.debslunch.com\/blog\/2019\/08\/11\/when-im-64\/","title":{"rendered":"When I&#8217;m 64"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HCTunqv1Xt4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Part of being this age is being unable to escape this song for this birthday.<\/p>\n<p>I just scrolled through the comments on the YouTube and some of them are pretty good, especially the guy who said he never thought he&#8217;d get to 64, which seemed impossibly old back in 1967 when Sargeant Pepper&#8217;s came out and he was 13 and a Beatles fan (I was 12, and loved the Beatles, but was soon to discover the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver, Fairport Convention, The Byrds, King Crimson, Lead Zeppelin &#8230;. too many to list, all of whom started to mean a lot more to me than the Fab Four. Though I loved the Fabs); went on to say &#8220;Eat well and exercise, make fitness your foremost hobby and these years will truly be the best ever.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Huh. I think I&#8217;m keeping to the program somewhat. I went for a long bike ride first thing this morning. Yesterday I probably biked at least an hour, and walked 10,000 steps although many of those steps were going to get beers at Miller Park.
