Instead of eating it with tomato sauce on top, like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.finecooking.com\/recipes\/zucchini-fresh-mozzarella-omelet.aspx\">the recipe suggests<\/a>, we ate it with sungold tomatoes on the side.<\/p>\n<p>Today I made <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kingarthurflour.com\/recipes\/double-chocolate-zucchini-bread-recipe\">double chocolate zucchini bread<\/a> for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-869 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debslunch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/choczuchbread4.jpg\" alt=\"choczuchbread4\" width=\"488\" height=\"650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.debslunch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/choczuchbread4.jpg 488w, https:\/\/www.debslunch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/choczuchbread4-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/www.debslunch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/choczuchbread4-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And it will be sauteed summer squash with corn tortillas, beans, cilantro, and lime for dinner.
